The non-notification freight factoring option for transportation and trucking companies allows carriers to take advantage of all the benefits of improved cash flow freight factoring without having to introduce the factoring company to their customers.
IT WORKS LIKE THIS:
- Your customers pay invoices to Freight Factor's lockbox in Your name
- Checks and Notifications remain in Your name
- You handle collections, however, should there be any collection issues, concerns, or collection history problems or if You are not doing an adequate job with collections, the freight factor will contact You to discuss these issues and the factoring company will have the option to assist with collections which may include contacting Your customers
- Carriers eligible for the Non-Notification program should have at least three years of operating history
BASIC CRITERIA
- Minimum: $500,000 monthly
- 12-month contract minimum
- Advances: On average 90% (Higher depending on the overall merits of the deal)
- Strong management and customer base
